Car pickup

At GoVaning, we adapt to your needs and schedules, so that it’s easy for you to pick up your van, car or motorcycle.

You can pick them up at our offices in Santa Coloma, but we also have collection points in downtown Andorra la Vella, or if you prefer so, we can deliver them to your home in Andorra -with a €15 extra cost-.

Car return

At GoVaning we also make it convenient for you to return the vehicle at the end of the rental period.

It’s possible to return it to our Santa Coloma headquarters, and also to our returning points in Andorra la Vella. We can also pick it up at your home, with a €15 extra cost.

Need the car a bit longer? It’s possible to extend the car rental time, with an extra cost. We appreciate you letting us know about it as soon as possible.

Fuel and Km

If you rent your car only for a few hours, the fuel cost is included, so that the customer does not have to fill the tank out.

If contracted per days, the fuel tank is full when you pick up the vehicle and it is your responsibility to return it full again (if you fail to do so, there might be an extra cost to refill the tank).

We are always at your disposal to clarify any doubt you might have.

Insurance

The rental vehicle insurance is against all risks with a franchise.

What does this mean? Well, if there is any damage to the vehicle, it would be the customer’s responsibility to pay up only to a certain amount to repair the vehicle, the rest of the costs are to be paid by the insurance.

At the time of confirmation of the reservation, you will be fully informed. And we are always at your disposal for any inquiry you might have.

SIMPLE, FAST AND EFFECTIVE

Booking your vehicle online is quite easy: 

Select where you would like to pick your car, van or motorcycle, then select the time (hours, days…), and we will display the available vehicles for your choice. Once you have chosen the one that best suits your intersests, we will ask you a few more details (name, e-mail, phone number, etc.). Online payment is completely secure, and once the reservation is completed, you will immediately receive the confirmation in your e-mail inbox.
